Syndie-Best

Syndie Wallace, LPC

I believe people have incredible resilience and great capacity to make changes that will help them create the life they want. I count it a privilege to offer assistance on this journey. I hold a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have been working in group private practice with individuals, couples, families, and groups. My own experience with eating disorders and ED recovery, as well as deconstruction from religion and recovery from religious trauma have profoundly influenced my therapeutic interests. My clinical experience includes supporting clients with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, grief & loss, adult ADHD, and relationship struggles. My approach to counseling is integrative, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered. I utilize therapies that are research supported and evidence based and I am licensed in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), nationally as a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and hold credentials as a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor (CIEC). I would be honored to partner with you on your journey toward wellness.
